DoctorXplore
DrXplore is a preparatory program founded by DoctorX, Inc. It is designed to deliver high quality, career building, extra-curricular enrichment activities and social learning service hours to minority middle school students. The two components of this program, listed below, are Academic Enrichment and Practicum or Residency.
Academic Enrichment
Practicum or Residency
Academic enrichment (such as hands-on science or technology programs), mentoring, and community service opportunities will be provided in a safe environment. The program will also assist in building a network between schools, communities, colleges, universities and hospitals.
Service Learning Hours Opportunity (SLHO) will be provided for students. It will be called a practicum or residency at the designated site (hospital, university campus, community event, etc.).
